DESCRIPTION

The double blind peer review  journal RES ANTIQUITATIS provides an interdisciplinary forum for the publication of research on Pre-Classical, Near-Eastern and Classical Antiquity. Contributors are invited to send us their original works dedicated to the various aspects (religious, political, cultural, linguistic, economical) of these several Antiquities as well as new approaches to its reception in later periods.

RES ANTIQUITATIS is an indexed open access journal which addresses not only the academic public, but all readers with an interest in the ancient world.

FREQUENCY

The journal is published annually. We accept submissions of articles, book reviews and web reviews. Each volume is divided into three sections: Articles, Interview and Reviews.

RES ANTIQUITATIS occasionally publishes thematic volumes, normally the result of international conferences.

PUBLISHER

The Journal is published by CHAM - Centre for the Humanities from Nova School of Social Sciences and Humanities.
